The ELECAM Territorial Demonstrations ensure the management of electoral operations at the local level. They are placed under the direct hierarchical authority of the Director General of Elections.

The Regional Delegates head the 10 Regional Delegations (DR) which are assisted by 58 Departmental Agencies (DA) and 360 Communal Offices (AC).
