Joseph MANAODA is the new ELECAM Regional Delegate for the Far- North. He was installed on 9 February 2024 by the Director General of Elections, Erik Essousse during a ceremony which took place at the “Cercle Municipal” of the Maroua City Council, in the presence of religious and traditional authorities, Electoral Board Members, and Elections Cameroon’ staff.
