- Cameroonian citizens, enjoying their civil rights without distinction of sex, aged twenty (20), and residing since at least six (6) months in the municipality concerned;

- Cameroonian citizens who do not meet the conditions of age or residence at the time of registration, but who fill them before the final closing of registrations;

- soldiers and allied persons of all arms, without condition of residence, at the place where their home unit is located.
