Deputy Director General of Elections
Abdoulkarimou, was born on 16 October 1972 at Mayo-Djinga in the Mayo-Banyo Division of the Adamawa Region.
In 1998, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science at the Finance Section of the University of Yaounde 2 Soa.
He later obtained the Civil Administrator Diploma at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) in 2000).
Upon graduation, Abdoulkarimou joined the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation (MINATD), where he successively held the following administrative positions: 2002 to 2010: Service Head for Budget and Contracts; 2010 to 2015: Sub-Director for Budget and Contracts.
From 2016, Abdoulkarimou was Inspector in charge of Electoral Matters, a position that afforded him the opportunity to give lectures on the electoral process at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM). He was also part of a think tank on electoral matters in 2018.
On 28 May 2018, the Head of State placed his trust in Abdoulkarimou by appointing him Deputy Director General of Elections.
